Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a Debug Technician for its Seri Iskandar, Perak manufacturing site in Malaysia. You will perform hands-on PCBA debugging, troubleshoot power supplies, and repair non-conforming units across NPI and Mass Production stages on the shopfloor.

The role requires 2–3 years of PCBA debugging experience, strong schematic reading, and proficiency with oscilloscopes and diagnostic tools. Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills are needed.

Qualifications

University Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in PCBA debug, board repair, testing, or failure analysis in electronics manufacturing.
Strong hands-on experience with PCBA component-level troubleshooting, schematic reading, and circuit tracing.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair failed power supply units and PCBAs on the shopfloor.
Analyze failures, document daily findings, and support root-cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
Maintain debug equipment, test benches, and repair stations in line with safety and ESD standards.
