Job summary

Runs Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recovery Officer to focus on credit recovery and debt collection. You will contact customers with outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans, while maintaining accurate account records.

This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with Saturdays and Sundays off and no overtime. Attendance allowance and an attractive commission await the right candidate, with guidance and training provided to support performance.

Qualifications

• Age 45 years and below.
• Basic computer skills.
• Confident and willing to communicate with customers via telephone.
• Experience in collection field is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have outstanding payments
• Manage and monitor customer accounts
• Negotiate payment plans according to customer suitability
