Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Debt Collection Agencies Supervisor to drive performance and regulatory compliance across external agencies. You will oversee multiple partners to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries.

Collaborate with Risk, Operations and Customer Service to refine collection strategies, stay ahead of regulations, and deliver actionable reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in collections management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of collections practices and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with external agencies.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead external collection agencies to meet performance targets.
• Develop agency collection strategies to minimize delinquency and optimize recoveries.
• Monitor agency performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations and Customer Service to streamline processes.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior management.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliant reporting.
