• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in collections management.
• Strong knowledge of collections practices, regulations, and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; develop and implement effective strategies.
• Experience managing a team of collections specialists.
• Proficiency in financial software applications including Excel.
