We are seeking a Customer Care Officer (Automotive) to join the Aftersales Department at the Johor Bahru outlet, reporting to the Service Manager/Aftersales Manager. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and supporting outlet CS activities.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, offering refreshments and maintaining outlet facilities.
• Ensure the outlet meets customer satisfaction targets set by Principal and Company.
• Assist customers with appointments, estimated time, and cost to meet satisfaction.
• Support CS activities organized by Principal and Company at the outlet.
• Make reminder calls and send SMS blasts for upcoming appointments.

Reports To: Service Manager / Aftersales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customer, offering and prepare refreshment and monitor outlet customer facilities (CS related).
• Accountable for ensuring the outlet achieved customer satisfaction score as targeted by Principal and Company.
• Assist customer which include appointment arrangement, estimated time, and cost required to meet customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all CS activities organized by principal and Company are supported and implemented at outlet.
• Reminder call for new customer and SMS blast to all existing customer including reminder for tomorrow's appointment.
