Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Digital Client Experience Delivery - Project Manager to join our Kuala Lumpur team in a hybrid role. You will drive delivery across Asia, translate business requirements into technical execution, and collaborate with offshore teams and regional stakeholders.

Experience in project management, analytics, and governance is essential. You will build dashboards, track KPIs, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, digital platform delivery, analytics, or similar coordination role.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and adoption of client technologies across Asia with offshore implementation teams.
• Document user feedback and collaborate with global/regional Technology stakeholders to align product and data development.
• Support DCX objectives by influencing stakeholders to learn, adopt, and advocate Marsh’s digital platforms.
• Foster cross-divisional collaboration to build and promote digital capabilities across Asia.
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, milestones, and output quality for DCX initiatives.
• Build dashboards and reports to improve quality, speed, and consistency of reporting.
• Track KPIs, manage risks and issues, and create mitigation plans; escalate where needed.
• Provide technical input on project proposals and recommend best-practice approaches including automation/AI-enabled efficiencies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
