Job summary

Pusat Tuisyen Sinar Mega is seeking a Daycare Teacher to supervise and support young learners in a safe daycare setting. You will assist with homework, implement engaging learning activities, and help children develop good manners and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well‑being of children during daycare hours

• Assist with meal times and ensure hygiene practices are followed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized daycare environment
• Monitor behavior, attendance, and daily activities of students
• Communicate daily progress or concerns to parents
• Assist tuition teachers and centre with daily activities when required
• Participate in centre events, activities, and programmes
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children throughout the daycare hours.

• Assist students with their homework, school assignments, and revision.

• Conduct simple learning activities, games, and educational activities suitable for the children.

• Guide children in developing good manners, discipline, responsibility, and social skills.

• Assist with meal times and ensure children follow proper hygiene practices.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised daycare environment.

• Monitor students’ behaviour, attendance, and daily activities.

• Communicate with parents regarding students’ daily progress or any concerns.

• Assist tuition teachers and the centre with daily activities when required.

• Participate in centre events, activities, and programmes.

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience working with children is an advantage.
