Job summary

Pristine Baby Care in Selangor is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support infants aged 2 to 18 months. The role requires a Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education and a genuine passion for babies, with at least 1 year of related experience.

Candidates with Permata or KAP childcare qualifications have an added advantage. You will provide attentive daily care, follow feeding and sleep schedules, maintain hygiene, and communicate with parents and Head Teacher.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Permata, Kap, relevant childcare qualification is added advantage.
• Passionate about caring for infants aged 2 to 18 months.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsive care for babies throughout the day.
• Handle feeding, milk preparation, diaper changing, bathing, and hygiene routines properly.
• Follow each baby’s individual feeding, sleeping, and care schedule.
• Monitor babies’ health, temperature, skin condition, bowel movements, appetite, and general well-being.
• Conduct age-appropriate sensory, motor, language, and developmental activities.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe baby-care environment.
• Record feeding, milk intake, diaper changes, sleep, activities, and other important observations.
• Ensure babies are supervised at all times and follow safe-sleep and safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding the baby’s daily routine, development, and concerns.
• Report unusual symptoms, injuries, incidents, or developmental concerns to the Head Teacher/Management immediately.
• Work closely with other teachers to ensure smooth daily routines and proper handovers.
