Mewah Group, a leading integrated agri-business, is seeking an experienced Manager, Data Platform & Engineering to lead the development and operation of our enterprise data platform. You will build scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality and governance, and enable analytics and AI initiatives across the organization.

You will combine strong technical expertise with leadership to mentor a high-performing data engineering team and drive the platform roadmap and investments aligned with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in Data Engineering/ Data Platform/ Data Warehouse or related roles.
• At least 2–3 years leading a team or as a technical lead.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud data platforms and pipelines.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python and/or Spark, data modelling, and data integration.
• Familiarity with governance, quality, security practices.
• Experience with production platform performance, monitoring, reliability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/ FMCG/ supply chain industries.
• Exposure to AI/Generative AI and data platforms for AI.
• Knowledge of governance solutions like Purview.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery, and operation of the enterprise data platform.
• Build scalable data pipelines, integrations, and data models for analytics and AI.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability.
• Deliver trusted datasets for reporting and BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data-driven initiatives.
