Job summary

You will act as the Service Delivery Manager for Data Warehouse and Data Platform services, guiding design, development, and operations to maximize business value.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT/CS/Engineering, proven leadership of technical teams, expertise in DWH, data integration, BI, and Microsoft Azure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams within a Data & Analytics environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement translation skills.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery and operations.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to business partners.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure) and data governance.
• Experience in global or multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data & Analytics professionals.
• Own the delivery and operational management of Data Warehouse services.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance across Data Warehouse, Analytics, Integration, and Data Platform initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to the successful delivery of Data & Analytics initiatives.
