Job summary

NIQ is a global leader in consumer intelligence seeking a data processing and operations leader in Malaysia. You will guide a team responsible for data processing and operational activities, ensuring accurate, high-quality, and timely delivery of work.

You will monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and team performance to achieve targets, set clear expectations, and provide regular coaching and feedback. This role focuses on continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in people management, team leadership, or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
