Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Regional Data Migration Deployment Lead to drive end-to-end data migration across multiple markets. You will coordinate extraction, transformation, validation, and deployment from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and Salesforce, while aligning with global data models and governance.

You will guide local coordinators, manage migration lifecycles with SI partners, support SIT/UAT/mock loads, and lead cutover, risk management, and hypercare activities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-country data migration experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures
• ETL and data validation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional point of contact, guiding local market data coordinators and tracking validation progress, data quality, and defect resolutions
• Oversee end-to-end migration lifecycles alongside the System Integrator (SI) partner, ensuring alignment with global data models and governance standards
• Support data readiness during SIT, UAT, and mock loads, while leading regional operational support through cutover, blackout, and hypercare phases
• Align local business teams, central IT, and external vendors, proactively mitigating data risks and refining transformation rules

about the job

As the Regional Data Migration Deployment Lead, you will serve as the regional anchor driving end-to-end data migration execution across assigned markets. In this key role, you will coordinate legacy data extraction, transformation, validation, and deployment from legacy systems (such as SAP ECC and SAP PLM) into modern target platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and Salesforce.

• Regional Leadership: Act as the primary regional point of contact, guiding local market data coordinators and tracking validation progress, data quality, and defect resolutions.
• Migration Execution: Oversee end-to-end migration lifecycles alongside the System Integrator (SI) partner, ensuring strict alignment with global data models and governance standards.
• Testing & Cutover Support: Support data readiness during SIT, UAT, and mock loads, while leading regional operational support through cutover, blackout, and hypercare phases.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Align local business teams, central IT, and external vendors, proactively mitigating data risks and refining transformation rules.
• Qualifications: 3–5 years of multi-country data migration experience (preferably within the CPG industry), strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures, ETL/data validation skills, and willingness to travel internationally.
