Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Regional Data Migration Deployment Lead to drive end-to-end data migration across multiple markets. You will coordinate extraction, transformation, validation, and deployment from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and Salesforce, while aligning with global data models and governance.

You will guide local coordinators, manage migration lifecycles with SI partners, support SIT/UAT/mock loads, and lead cutover, risk management, and hypercare activities

Qualifications

3–5 years of multi-country data migration experience
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data structures
ETL and data validation skills
Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

Act as the primary regional point of contact, guiding local market data coordinators and tracking validation progress, data quality, and defect resolutions
Oversee end-to-end migration lifecycles alongside the System Integrator (SI) partner, ensuring alignment with global data models and governance standards
Support data readiness during SIT, UAT, and mock loads, while leading regional operational support through cutover, blackout, and hypercare phases
Align local business teams, central IT, and external vendors, proactively mitigating data risks and refining transformation rules
