Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking an Inventory Planning Specialist to support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory analysis. You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to optimize stock levels and reduce costs while ensuring product availability.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience, offering exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and practical inventory management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Analytics, SCM, Industrial Eng, etc).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and analyze operational data.
• Able to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand using historical sales data and market trends.
• Plan replenishments and coordinate with Purchasing for timely supplier deliveries.
• Analyze inventory health, identify slow-moving stock, and report metrics.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.
