Job summary

MR DIY Malaysia is seeking a results-driven professional to lead end-to-end retail initiatives across planning, execution, testing, and post-go-live support. You will craft project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets to deliver on time and within scope.

The role also focuses on store allocation, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Supply Chain, IT, and other teams to drive efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retail operations or related roles.
• Experience with end-to-end project delivery and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end retail projects from planning, execution, testing, implementation, to post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement store allocation strategies and optimize inventory distribution.
