Job summary

Moshaz Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. operates a clinic in Raub, Pahang, and seeks a systems and data administrator who enjoys understanding how a business works, identifying gaps, analyzing data and implementing practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Holds a diploma or degree in IT, information systems, business, data or related field.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, data cleaning).
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to solve problems independently.
• Good communication and the ability to present findings clearly.
• Comfortable learning new software, AI tools and productivity systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Independent, proactive and curious with a willingness to learn.
• Data-driven and solution-oriented.
• Experience/knowledge in Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, CRM, WhatsApp Business API, Bukku or similar, inventory systems or API integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as PIC for Yezza and other clinic digital systems, troubleshoot basics and manage user access.
• Ensure patient and customer data is accurate through cleaning, deduplication and segmentation.
• Manage appointment flow and weekly leakage reports.
• Monitor stock movement, expiry, reorder levels and stock types.
• Segment customers and support targeted campaigns and automations.
• Build dashboards covering leads, appointments, revenue, CRM, inventory and COGS.
• Audit processes and improve data flow between front desk, CRM, inventory, accounts and management.
• Establish data-entry standards and conduct data quality audits while maintaining confidentiality.
• Handle general admin tasks and support ad-hoc duties.
