Job summary

The role requires managing incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and maintaining robust governance and recovery plans. Ideal candidates will bring 5–10 years of data centre experience, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of DCIM, BMS, and power/cooling infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related, required.
• 5–10 years in data centre operations or critical facilities.
• Proven data centre/mission‑critical facility management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, UPS, cooling, fire protection, DCIM, and BMS.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day‑to‑day data centre operations and performance.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and continuity of services.
• Oversee incident management, service recovery, and root cause analysis for major issues.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures, escalation processes, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor performance KPIs and drive timely corrective actions.
• Lead vendor and stakeholder engagement to ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide regular updates to management on risks, incidents, and improvements.
