Job summary

PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd is offering an Internship in Procurement, Cost Engineering, and Quantity Surveying to motivated undergraduates in the fast-growing data centre sector. Based in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru, you will gain hands-on experience across procurement, cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity surveying on real projects.

This internship may convert to permanent employment upon successful completion, subject to performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and evaluating suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support the preparation of RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Assist in cost comparisons and maintaining procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on quotations, deliveries, and documentation.
• Assist project cost estimation, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and tender documentation.
