Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering/IT disciplines.
• ITIL, CDCP or CDCS certifications.
• At least 5 years of experience in a data centre environment focusing on physical security or DC network layer 1/2 deployment.
• Experience in project managing web portal development and IT deployment concepts.
• Familiar with or leading ISO/ISMS 27001 and BCP related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing ITSM tools and support portal; provide technical support and staff training.
• Lead change management by conducting CAB meetings and tracking KPIs.
• Support incident management as escalation point and coordinate responses.
• Oversee physical security controls and manage outsourced security vendors.
