Job summary

Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a Data Centre Campus Manager to lead operations of a hyperscale, AI-ready campus in Johor, Malaysia, ensuring uptime, reliability and safety.

You will oversee HV power, UPS, generators, chillers, cooling, and BMS, while guiding 24/7 facilities teams, incident response, and business continuity programs for future campus expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
• 12-18+ years of mission-critical facilities experience, including 8+ years in data centre operations and 5+ years in site leadership.
• Proven track record managing a campus or multi-building facility, preferably within hyperscale environments.
• Strong expertise in HV electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, chillers, and cooling infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with BMS, DCIM, CMMS, EPMS, and ITIL/ISO-driven operational environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CDCP, CDFOM, Uptime ATD/AOS, or PMP are advantageous.
