Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of onsite data center operations experience.
• Tailored training plan related to the role.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication skills for updates and issue elevation.
• Familiarity with incident, change, and risk-based vendor maintenance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance activities and coordinate changes across data centers.
• Provide onsite support during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Review and validate MOPs, Risk Assessments, and SOPs.
• Manage vendor change requests through internal change management.
• Consolidate maintenance schedules and monitor change records.
• Support risk-based approvals and CAB preparation.
• Respond to facility incidents and alarms; coordinate with providers.
• Ensure emergency procedures are activated when required.
• Maintain maintenance, change, and audit records.
• Provide regular updates on facility activities and performance.
