Qualifications

• Diploma in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands-on data center operations, facility management and server hardware experience.
• Experience with network equipment and virtual infrastructure tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hardware & Server Maintenance: install, patrol, replace hardware and perform OS-level repairs.
• Network Device Maintenance: deploy and coordinate network equipment; conduct fault drills with carriers/IDC providers.
• Infrastructure & Facility Coordination: manage rack power, environmental checks, site coordination and drills.
• Asset Management & Cabling: track inventory, document server lists and perform structured cabling as needed.
• Virtual Infrastructure & Remote Support: manage VMs, IP provisioning, access control, and on-site coordination with vendors.
