Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on data center operations experience.
• Familiarity with facility management, server hardware and network equipment.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Fast-learning and willingness to pick up new skills.

Responsibilities

• Server maintenance, mounting, and handover acceptance checks.
• On-site replacement of hardware components and support for out-of-warranty issues.
• OS-level diagnostics and log collection for root-cause analysis.
• Post-repair system configuration (DHCP, disk mounting) and OS repairs.
• Network device maintenance and coordination with carriers/IDC providers.
• Asset management and documentation updates for server lists and storerooms.
• Coordination with data center facility for incidents and site checks.
• Remote work support for VM provisioning, access, and config restoration.
• On-site and cross-team coordination with vendors and logistics during business hours.
