Amazon Data Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Cluster Security Manager to lead security for critical infrastructure and data centers. The role requires strategic leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with internal and contract security staff to strengthen security readiness.

The ideal candidate will manage a diverse team, sponsor security projects, and report progress to AWS senior leaders, while driving continuous improvements in security posture across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process improvement procedure creation experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office tools experience.
• 5+ years managing a team of individual contributors in an operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and security risks affecting data centers.
• Perform annual risk analyses for Data Center sites, including crime and disasters.
• Provide leadership on security policy, practices, and training for staff and contractors.
• Coordinate with AWS and external security orgs to implement security programs and brief senior leaders.
