Bhd. is seeking a Security Policy and Operations Manager to develop and implement security policies, oversee daily operations, and manage incidents across our Malaysian data centre cluster. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and a secure, reliable environment for hyperscale clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Security, or related field is required.
• Proven experience in security management, preferably in a data centre or high-security environment.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, systems, and best practices.

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for multiple data centre buildings.
• Oversee daily security operations across all buildings and manage security staff.
• Monitor and maintain access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
• Lead incident response and manage security audits and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure service quality.
