Qualifications

• Experience with cabling testing tools such as Fluke or OTDR testers.
• Experience in data centers or enterprise IT facilities.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Familiarity with standards for cabling such as TIA/EIA or ISO/IEC.

Responsibilities

• Manage project administrative practices and policies.
• Create and maintain project policies within the operations manual.
• Audit, solicit, and report on key performance indicators.
• Schedule internal and external training on software applications.
• Oversee team close-out procedures.
• Prepare complex client reports as required.
• Train and guide junior team members on policies and administration.
• Explain complex information clearly in straightforward terms.
