Job summary

TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is hiring a Data Center Project Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh graduates are welcomed. You will support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and delivering data center projects across client sites, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Responsibilities include onsite supervision, documentation, vendor coordination, budgeting, and risk escalation. Strong Mandarin and English skills are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of project delivery experience
• Proficient in Mandarin and English for client communication
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Able to self-manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, coordinating and implementing data center delivery projects
• Provide onsite support and supervision at client locations
• Monitor timelines, progress and ensure deliverables meet schedule
• Maintain and organize project documentation including reports and contracts
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for procurement and logistics
• Support budgeting and cost tracking for project expenses
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
• Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
• Handle admin tasks and maintain project communications
• Act as liaison between clients and project teams and resolve onsite issues
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and issues report findings

Data Center Project Assistant (Based in KL, Fresh Grads welcomed! Urgent Hiring)

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for the PM Assistant role

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and implementing data center delivery projects.

Provide onsite support and supervision at various client locations to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with client requirements.

Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and contracts.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and logistics.

Support budgeting and cost tracking for project-related expenses.

Assist in preparing status reports, dashboards, and presentations for project stakeholders.

Identify and elevate potential project risks or delays to the Project Manager.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project communication.

Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, addressing onsite issues and ensuring project expectations are met.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and report findings to the Project Manager.

Minimal Job Requirement:

Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

0-1 years of project delivery experience

Able to self-management and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision

Able to travel domestic/international as requested

Work effectively under pressure and work overtime when necessary

Preferred Job Requirements (Plus point if have):

Strong ability on multi-task

Familiar with Huawei devices (or H3C devices) and experience on network design/technical implementation is preferred

Preferably certified in Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Huawei HCNA, HCNP, HClE, PMP, or ITIL.
