Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Center Maintenance Manager in Nusajaya to lead on-site Critical Environment Operations in a 24/7/365 setting, ensuring uptime, safety and client satisfaction. You will manage budgets, develop teams, coordinate with the client, and drive continual improvement to protect critical data center services and meet contractual KPIs and SLAs.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication and hands-on problem solving to uphold CBRE standards and safe operating practices

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Data Centre Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7/365 operating environment.
• Deliver contracted services to the client, ensuring uptime, quality, and health and safety performance.
• Develop a professional client relationship to create a positive customer experience.
• Achieve KPI and SLA targets set out in the contract with the client.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budgets for the site and support contract variations.
• Ensure safe working conditions and adherence to CBRE health and safety policies.
• Staff contracts with competent teams and implement succession planning.
• Ensure reporting, escalation, and change management procedures are correctly applied.
