Job summary

Oracle Corporation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Data Center Site Lead to own and drive critical operations across data center spaces, collaborating with colocation providers and internal teams to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will lead incident, change, and vendor management for data center space, cooling, and power, and oversee build-to-operations handovers while mentoring site technicians and engineers for 24x7 readiness and 100% availability.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate data center operational processes (SOP, MOP, EOP, SOO) and control of incidents, risks, and audits.
• Strong working knowledge in mechanical, electrical, cooling, or server/network infrastructure is required.
• Knowledge of data center security standards and access management coordination is essential.
• Understanding 24x7 operations, business continuity, and shift planning is expected.
• Experience with colocation governance, weekly/monthly reviews, and action tracking is preferred.
• Ability to lead incidents, changes, problems and risk management with proactive actions.
• Familiarity with build-to-ops handover and operational readiness reviews is beneficial.
• Experience mentoring technicians/engineers and driving ownership at site level.
• Ability to produce regular performance, security, and compliance reports.
• Exposure to liquid cooling/TCS loop is advantageous in high-density workloads.
