Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Valid Chargeman certification.
• Willing to start with a 6 months contract and possible conversion to permanent.
• Able to participate in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster.

Responsibilities

• Act as site point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate communications.
• Meet daily operational hours and provide on-call support during rotations.
• Manage minor and major site works for critical infrastructure with risk mitigation.
• Oversee on-site contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with practices and local laws.
• Support performance benchmarks, analysis, and reporting on facility operations.
• Generate change and incident tickets for DCEO activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Networking, Logistics, Safety and other leaders to coordinate projects.
• Create documentation for technical support of facility operations.
• Assist in projects to increase facility capacity, efficiency, and reliability.
