Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator in Malaysia to support maintenance planning, CMMS administration, and vendor coordination for data center environments. You will help ensure maintenance records, schedules, and reporting align with client SLAs, KPIs, safety requirements, and site procedures.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Engineering, Building Services, FM, or related field.
Experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, and reporting.
Experience in data center or mission-critical facilities is preferred.
Strong data governance and safety awareness important.

Responsibilities

Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting to meet SLAs.
Create and maintain preventive/corrective maintenance work orders.
Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and vendors for maintenance work.
Generate reports on services, maintenance status, and actions.
Maintain CMMS data integrity and documentation control.
