Job summary

Google is seeking a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager in Malaysia. You will lead the planning and scheduling of maintenance work, coordinating with site supervisors and technicians to develop safe, efficient plans and to improve preventive maintenance activities.

The role requires CMMS expertise and cross-functional coordination across data center sites. Your work spans multiple sites, coordinating with operations teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance planning, scheduling and maintenance work, or 1 year of experience in leading or planning facility equipment maintenance.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors.
• Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
• Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of the data centers.
• Collaborate with other site planners to implement global best practices that optimize maintenance programs.
