Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad seeks a Data Centre Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Data Center and Cable Landing Station (CLS) infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, reliability, and scalable services, collaborating with IT, facilities, Sales and network teams to deliver secureData Center/CLS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Communications/Electrical fields; telecommunication engineering would be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Project Management/Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and optimize Data Center/CLS infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Monitor performance, capacity and availability; manage power, cooling and environment controls.
• Plan and execute Data Center/CLS expansions; conduct audits for regulatory compliance.
• Document configurations, processes and incident reports; manage inventories and invoicing stages.
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and oversee contractors; coordinate cross-functional projects.
