Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee governance, client relationships, and financial oversight for a mission-critical data center account. The role focuses on ensuring performance aligns with contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance while coordinating vendors and support teams to drive improvements.

You will own account delivery, lead governance reviews, manage budgets and forecasts, and steer cross-functional teams to sustain service excellence and value delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in account management or data center operations.
• Experience owning governance and client relationships.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own overall account delivery in line with contractual requirements.
• Act as senior client leadership point for performance and improvement.
• Maintain governance routines, reporting cadence, and escalation pathways.
• Monitor budget, forecasts, spend, and commercial risk.
• Oversee procurement, invoicing, and vendor administration.
• Lead the account team and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure SLA, KPI reporting and compliance processes are followed.
