Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Malaysia seeks an experienced Project Lead to drive governance, client relationships, financial oversight, and service delivery across a mission-critical data center account, ensuring adherence to contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.

You will coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, maintain account plans and reporting, monitor budgets, forecast inputs, and escalate risks to safeguard profitability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of account management, facilities management, or data center operations experience.
• Proven governance, client relationship, and escalation management in a client-facing role.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and procurement oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, client relationship management, and service delivery across the data center account.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, spend controls, and commercial risk for the account.
• Oversee procurement, invoicing, and vendor administration in coordination with finance and admin teams.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, audits, and compliance are tracked and closed.
• Mentor the account team and drive continuous improvement across governance and reporting.
