Job summary

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is seeking a reporting analyst to publish, maintain and refine business reports across client programs, leveraging VMS and BI tools to track SLA, KPI and trend metrics.

The role emphasizes data integrity, ad-hoc reporting for program Sponsors, PMO and practice leadership, plus support for new account implementations and audits. Strong Excel, SQL and BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in analysis/reporting roles.
• Advanced Excel with VBA/macros.
• Experience with large data sets and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to verify accuracy and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish standard practice reports (SLA, KPI, QBR/ABR).
• Support ad-hoc reporting for program sponsors and PMO.
• Analyze data to streamline reporting and ensure accuracy.
• Assist during client/internal audits with trend insights.
• Contribute to new account implementations and reporting enhancements.
