Kotra Pharma (M) Sdn. Bhd. (KPM) is seeking a pivotal IT member to own sales data, turning raw data into actionable insights and ensuring the reliability of our sales database systems.

Your work will empower the sales team with accurate, timely reports and dashboards. In this role, you will design and maintain daily and monthly sales reports using Power Query, SSRS, or Excel; perform SQL Server maintenance; and automate report generation.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain daily and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Extract, transform, and analyse sales data from CRM, ERP, and other systems.
• Validate data accuracy and automate report distribution to stakeholders.
• Maintain SQL Server databases and optimize queries for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain daily and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SSRS, Power Query, or Excel.
• Extract, transform, and analyse sales data from CRM, ERP, and other systems.
• Automate report generation and distribution to stakeholders.
• Perform SQL Server maintenance, backups, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and procedures for reporting.
