Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Finance Specialist – Data & Analytics to support Finance & Operations through automation, reporting, data analytics and digital transformation.

The role focuses on building scalable data solutions and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. You will automate finance processes, develop dashboards and integrate data from SAP, Oracle and ERP systems while creating documentation and training for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Excel VBA, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and SAP/Oracle/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Excel VBA macros and automation solutions.
• Build Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries and workflows.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, DAX measures and data models.
