Job summary

TechTiera SDN. BHD. seeks a Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist to support Finance reporting, dashboard development, process automation and AI-enabled solutions.

You will work closely with finance teams to transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modelling and Power Platform, and is comfortable driving automation and data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Data Analytics, BI or Process Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modelling and visualisation.
• Experience with Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and operational requirements.
• Perform data transformation, modelling, integration and analysis using multiple data sources.
• Create DAX, KPIs and visualisations to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop workflow and reporting automation using Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform.
• Support AI, Copilot and AI Agent solutions to improve Finance processes and reduce manual work.

We are looking for a Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist to support Finance reporting, dashboard development, process automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and operational requirements.

Perform data transformation, modelling, integration and analysis using multiple data sources.

About you

3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Data Analytics, BI or Process Automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modelling and visualisation.

Experience with Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform.

Exposure to AI, Microsoft Copilot or AI Agents is an advantage.

Good understanding of data extraction, transformation and integration.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Finance/reporting experience is an added advantage.
