Job summary
TechTiera SDN. BHD. seeks a Power BI & Data Analytics Specialist to support Finance reporting, dashboard development, process automation and AI-enabled solutions.
You will work closely with finance teams to transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modelling and Power Platform, and is comfortable driving automation and data quality improvements.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Power BI, Data Analytics, BI or Process Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, data modelling and visualisation.
- Experience with Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and operational requirements.
- Perform data transformation, modelling, integration and analysis using multiple data sources.
- Create DAX, KPIs and visualisations to provide actionable business insights.
- Develop workflow and reporting automation using Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform.
- Support AI, Copilot and AI Agent solutions to improve Finance processes and reduce manual work.
- Analyse processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting and ad-hoc reporting.
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
