Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is looking for a dedicated professional in Data & AI Governance. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the execution of governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key tasks include project management, monitoring quality assurance reviews, and supporting communication initiatives. A Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a related field are essential, alongside strong communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a related or similar field.
• Familiarity with regulatory and governance requirements from Bank Negara Malaysia.
• Experience in conducting quality assurance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Data & AI governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Data & AI governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Plan and monitor key Data & AI projects and programmes.
• Support communication initiatives on Data & AI Governance.
• Conduct monitoring and quality assurance reviews.
• Prepare reports outlining review results and key observations.
• Identify control gaps and provide remediation advice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
