OCBC Malaysia is seeking an accomplished leader to head data governance, data management, and AI governance within Group Risk Management. You will drive governance standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee model risk management with cross‑functional collaboration.

You will manage multiple governance initiatives, mentor a high‑performing team, and partner with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders to embed trusted data in decision making.

Formación

• Experience in data governance, data quality, and data lineage.
• Proven track record in model risk management and AI governance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data Governance, Data Quality, and AI governance initiatives.
• Oversee Model Risk Management and regulatory compliance across OCBC Malaysia.
• Collaborate with risk, technology, and business stakeholders to embed governance controls.
• Provide governance reporting to senior management and regulators.
• Drive strategic governance transformation and automation to improve efficiency.
