Job summary

Maybank seeks a governance-focused professional to translate AI governance requirements into actionable processes and guardrails across the lifecycle. You will identify risks, document functional needs for governance tooling, and coordinate tool implementation and testing with stakeholders.

The role requires familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud architecture, and guardrails within Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI services and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Engineering.
• Relevant experience in technology enablement, governance tooling, workflow implementation, or a related function.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably financial services, would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of AI and related concepts.
• Understanding of the need for internal controls and operationalization of responsible AI guardrails and AI governance tooling.
• Familiarity with AI governance tooling, workflow automation, and technology-enabled control implementation.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, cloud architecture, and system guardrails including Microsoft enterprise technology ecosystem and governance capabilities (e.g. Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Power Platform)
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
