Job summary

ADA, a Data and AI Experience Company, is seeking a results-driven Brand Dot Com Manager in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee D2C website operations, coordinate with marketing, sales and IT, and drive performance through analytics and A/B testing.

With 2–4 years in e-commerce, you will optimize user experience, ensure site reliability, and report on key metrics like GMV, orders and AOV. Join a global team delivering measurable digital growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Brand Dot Com (D2C) management.
• Website maintenance and performance monitoring; fix broken links, missing images, or errors.
• Coordinate with development team for updates and improvements.
• Perform regular backups and ensure security measures are up-to-date.
• Quality assurance of shopping cart, checkout, and user experience.
• Identify and report bugs to the development team.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize website elements.
• Coordinate with divisions to track project progress and quality.
• Act as liaison between teams to facilitate communication.
• Extract and analyze key D2C metrics (GMV, Orders, AOV, CTR%, CR%, Bounce Rate).
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT to align initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day client communication and handle escalations.
• Lead client meetings (weekly updates, monthly/quarterly reviews).
• Ensure all client billings are done timely.
