Job summary

Tec D Malaysia is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives for its DMP. You will build and execute campaigns to generate leads, strengthen brand presence, and grow partner engagement, while leveraging GA4 and analytics to optimise performance.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing, with 1–3 years of people leadership. Collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance and other teams is essential to drive DMP success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience.
• 1–3 years of supervising employees.
• Ability to execute instructions and discuss clarifications.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall marketing strategy for Tec D Digital Marketplace (DMP).
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and partners.
• Leverage GA4 and analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance and others.
• Manage DMP/JDE integration projects and timelines.
• Develop paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Monitor website and marketing performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
