Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Technical Solutions Consultant (OT Cybersecurity) to join our Asia Pacific Cyber team. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with sales teams and customers to architect, design, and present Honeywell's industrial cybersecurity solutions.

You will work with critical infrastructure across manufacturing, energy, utilities, and process industries to develop cybersecurity strategies and tailored solutions that address complex operational

Qualifications

• 7+ years in OT cybersecurity or industrial security.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of ICS: SCADA, DCS, Process Control Networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity solution architectures aligned with customer needs.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities and craft value propositions.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with design, proposals and costing.
• Provide strategic cybersecurity guidance to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop tailored industrial cybersecurity solutions using Honeywell and third-party tech.
• Work with OT Cyber leaders and sales to drive pipeline growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and standards.

Cybersecurity Technical Solutions Consultant (OT Cybersecurity)

Location: Malaysia, Indonesia or Thailand

Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) to join our Asia Pacific Cyber team. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with sales teams and customers to architect, design, and present Honeywell's industry-leading Industrial Cybersecurity solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will work with critical infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and industrial customers to develop cybersecurity strategies, drive digital transformation initiatives, and deliver tailored solutions that address complex operational and security challenges.

What You'll Do

Develop cybersecurity solution architectures that align with customer requirements and business objectives

Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and build compelling customer value propositions.

Lead technical workshops, customer presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.

Support RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses through solution design, technical proposals, and costing development.

Provide strategic cybersecurity guidance and consultative support to customers and stakeholders.

Develop tailored industrial cybersecurity solutions leveraging Honeywell's cybersecurity portfolio and third-party technologies.

Work closely with regional OT Cyber leaders and sales teams to drive pipeline growth and bookings.

Maintain expertise in industry trends, cybersecurity standards, and emerging technologies.

What You Bring

7+ years of experience in OT Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, SOC, or Industrial Security environments.

7+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, application engineering, or solution consulting.

Strong understanding of industrial control systems including:

• ICS
• SCADA
• DCS
• Process Control Networks
• Industrial Networking and Automation Systems

Experience applying cybersecurity frameworks such as:

• IEC 62443
• NIST
• NERC CIP

Proven success in solution architecture, major project pursuits, and consultative selling.

Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to travel across the Asia Pacific region as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with industrial automation vendors, cybersecurity solution providers, or cybersecurity consulting organisations.

Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, GIAC, IEC 62443, or equivalent.

Experience working with critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing, or oil & gas customers.
