Job summary

BIT, formerly Matrixport, is a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group. It seeks to strengthen security across its IT and security teams in a role focusing on implementing and operating security solutions, threat and vulnerability assessments, and audits.

The candidate will collaborate with DevOps, IT, and business teams to uphold high cybersecurity standards and to address external and internal threats while supporting audit processes and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in both English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of information security services and products including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPNs, DDOS Protection, WAF, Vulnerability Assessments, EDR, SIEM, SOC Operation.
• Experience in threat and vulnerability assessment, penetration testing and/or forensic analysis will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and operating security solutions (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability tools).
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and Business teams to support security vision and objectives.
• Evaluate cybersecurity processes and recommend improvements to meet high security standards.
• Support IT and Security Audit providing necessary evidence.
• Monitor and analyze security events to detect and respond to issues.

• Assist in implementing and operating various security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and Business teams to ensure alignment with and support for our security vision and objectives.
• Evaluate current cybersecurity processes and recommend improvements, ensuring the highest cybersecurity standards against external and internal threats, fraud, or theft.
• Support IT and Security Audit including providing necessary evidence for audit processes.
• Monitor and analyze security events to detect, investigate, and respond to potential security issues.

Requirements:
