Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. seeks a CX Account Specialist in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. You will coordinate order processing, deliver confirmations, and liaise with planning and sales to meet customer requirements.

Bring 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing, knowledge of EDI and Excel, and exposure to SAP if possible. You will handle RMA, quotations, and collections support while representing Vishay with professionalism and a service-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EDI and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process EDI PO and provide delivery confirmation back to customer.
• Review customer’s new delivery request and work with business planner to fulfill customer’s need.
• Provide ad-hoc quotation to customer.
• Process RMA returns.
• Support Accounts Receivable collection.
• Primary contact with customer and attend to escalations, including conference calls with customers.
• Support Sales when needed.

What you will be doing:

• Process EDI PO and provide delivery confirmation back to customer
• Review customer’s new delivery request and work with business planner to fulfill customer’s need
• Provide ad-hoc quotation to customer
• Process RMA return
• Support Accounts Receivable collection
• Primary contact with customer, attend to customer’s escalation and may need to have conference call with customer
• Support Sales when needed

What you will bring along:

• 3-5 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
• SAP experience preferred
• Knowledge of EDI
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
