Job summary

Vishay Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an SQA Technician to ensure incoming materials meet specifications and to support IQA lab calibration and maintenance.

You will work closely with warehouse, production, engineering and suppliers to prevent production disruptions caused by material quality issues. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent, with at least 2 years' relevant experience and strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in measurement inspection, smart scope measurement and program construction.
• Possess strong analytical skill and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Incoming Raw Materials Quality Control & ensuring only materials meeting the specification requirements are allowed to be released to production.
• Establish, maintain, and update material inspection status report timely and accurately.
• Responsible in ensuring equipment calibration/maintenance program of the equipment in IQA lab are being carried out timely.
• To work closely with warehouse, production, engineering and suppliers in ensuring no disruption to production caused by material quality issues.
