Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor - Security to bring advanced cybersecurity expertise to client engagements, shaping outcomes and accelerating business value through Kyndryl's security services and partner ecosystem.

You will collaborate with partners and account teams, lead workshops and demonstrations, translate requirements into scalable security architectures, and contribute to thought leadership and practice growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Security Technical Services Solutions.
• Deep domain knowledge of Security Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice.
• Experience in Cybersecurity and Cyber Resiliency.
• Background in core enterprise security and network security.
• Experience translating technical knowledge into actionable customer insights.

As a Customer Technology Advisor - Security, you will be a trusted technical advisor who brings deep cybersecurity expertise to client engagements. Working closely with Customer Partners, Consult Partners, and account teams, you will help clients solve complex security challenges, shape transformational outcomes, and accelerate business value through Kyndryl's security capabilities and partner ecosystem. You will combine technical depth, business insight, and strong client engagement skills to influence decision-making, create differentiated solutions, and support the sales, consulting, and delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Partners, Consult Partners, and account teams to identify opportunities, shape security strategies, and develop winning solutions
• Lead customer-facing discussions, workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate the value of Kyndryl's security services and solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, outcome-driven security architectures and roadmaps
• Develop compelling proposals, proof of concepts, and solution recommendations that address customer challenges and business priorities
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and alliance teams to build integrated solutions that leverage Kyndryl and strategic partner technologies
• Support the end-to-end pre-sales process, ensuring technical quality, governance, compliance, and alignment with Kyndryl best practices
• Maintain expertise in emerging security technologies, industry trends, and certifications while contributing to thought leadership and practice growth

About you

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or other similar degree
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years relevant experience in Security Technical Services Solutions
• Deep domain knowledge of Security Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice
• Prior expertise in Cybersecurity and Cyber Resiliency
• Prior background in Core Enterprise Security
• Background in computer network security system/firewall software and cloud, especially Zcloud
• Background in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security policies and procedures
• Experience in third party risk, data security, and core enterprise security
• Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions (preferred)
• Prior consultative selling experience (preferred)
